Affinity Design Group is a Computer Aided Drafting service for Architects, Building Owners and the Commercial Building Industry. We are different from other CAD or temporary drafting services because we are owned and managed by Architects. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable with current building technologies and building codes. Our goal is to provide the highest quality Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) services to our clients.
We specialize in 2-D and 3-D drafting services, we use AutoCAD, AutoCAD Revit, Rhino, and Adobe PhotoShop in the production of Schematic Design and Construction Documents. If you are a building Owner that needs your building documented we specialize in that also. We have a team that will go to your site, document the existing conditions and transfer that information into AutoCAD drawings (extent of documentation varies based on the client’s needs).
We have provided CAD services for several types of Commercial and Residential buildings. These include but are not limited to Retail, Office, Hospitality, Health Care (Elderly Nursing / Care Mental Health Care Facilities), Manufacturing, Warehouses, Aircraft Hangers as well as Single and Multi-Family Housing. Many buildings, due to size and building type, do not require the services of Design Professionals (Architect / Engineer). For those types of buildings we can provide CAD services directly to the building owner. However if your project requires a Design Professional (Architect / Engineer) we can direct you to a knowledgeable Architect and / or Engineer that can provide Professional Design Services.
